Job Description
- Assume responsibility for one or more functional processes in terms of analysis
- Analyze and model business user needs
- Define detailed functional specifications
- Draw up the functional specifications
- Define the tests associated with these phases
- Participate in the implementation of the project
- Participate in the quality of the solution
- Be the referent for the project team on functional aspects
- Design and facilitate user training
- Design and modeling of the functional architecture of the application
- Design and facilitation of workshops to express user needs
- Conducting user interviews
- Writing user guides and business guides
- Preparation and conduct of meetings.
- Be a graduate or graduate in computer science or equivalent by experience.
- Be a French or Dutch speaker and be willing to work in a multilingual environment (French, Dutch, English)
Essential technical knowledge:
- Methods and techniques of functional analysis (UML Use Cases, UML Class Diagram, DataModel -ERD).
- Methods and techniques for describing processes (UML Activity Diagram or BPMN).
- Agile, SCRUM
