Job Description

We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to play a crucial role in gathering business requirements, developing analytical solutions, and enhancing reporting capabilities.

  • You will work closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and optimize dashboards, reports, and data workflows using Tableau, Knime, and SQL.
  • This role requires expertise in data visualization, automation, and business analytics to drive insightful decision-making across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting and dashboard requirements.
  • Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse interfaces, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Build and optimize BI solutions using tools like Knime, Tableau, and SQL.
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and decision-making for teams worldwide.
  • Develop and implement interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business insights.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation related to BI solutions, workflows, and reporting structures.
  • Share best practices across teams and ensure reporting standardization across different business units and geographies.
  • Continuously optimize dashboards for performance, flexibility, and usability.
  • Enhance reporting schemas and data marts to support evolving business requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in BI development using Tableau or similar self-service BI tools.
