Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Process Analyst to enhance data accuracy, support our product sales team, and optimize our operational workflows.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for process improvement, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure precise data input to develop reports that assist the product sales team in their daily activities.
- Prepare product-specific ad hoc reports, analyses, and sales information sheets to support the sales team and unit management.
- Conduct market research to gather insights and facilitate a feedback loop between product teams, aiding in informed decision-making.
- Assist product teams by monitoring contracts due for renewal and tracking new deals in the pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Proactively manage revenue accuracy within the team, ensuring alignment and governance across delivery, contracts, and invoicing processes.
- Provide operational support during product rollouts by coordinating with internal stakeholders from product teams, sales regions, marketing, and other departments.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and events, including agenda alignment, quality assurance, and participant management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Initial work experience in the Sports, Betting, or Media industry is advantageous.
