Job Description
- You will plan and optimize key business E2E processes: from order intake to production and delivery, also linking them to finance.
- You will identify key bottlenecks and inefficiencies in existing business processes and workflows.
- You will identify potential improvements and optimizations.
- Your focus will be on eliminating bottlenecks, reducing risks, improving efficiency, and streamlining workflows.
- You will improve the performance of key processes by reducing risks, reducing costs, and eliminating unproductive activities.
- You will work project-based: you will analyze systems, determine how they can be optimized, and propose concrete improvements.
- You will collaborate frequently and closely with various stakeholders.
Competencies:
- Experience with (IT-driven) production processes and E2E processes.
- Experience with administrative and financial processes.
- Affinity/understanding of IT processes and controls related to the Production and administrative processes
Hands-on:
- Must have: Experience in production costing
- Must have: Skills in developing business cases
- Dutch is a must
