Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Change Manager to join our dynamic IT Operations team. In this role, you will be integrated into a diverse team, working closely with both IT and business lines, contributing your expertise to ensure the highest service levels and continuous improvements.

  • You will be responsible for managing and facilitating change processes, optimizing the quality of services provided, and supporting application services.
  • This role offers the opportunity to evolve into various positions within Operations teams and work in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and facilitate change processes within the IT infrastructure to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and business lines to ensure smooth change implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
  • Analyze change requests, assess potential risks, and determine appropriate actions.
  • Actively contribute to achieving service levels defined by IT for business lines.
  • Continuously improve service quality and address any gaps in service delivery.
  • Participate in providing application support, ensuring smooth operation and addressing issues as they arise.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and outcomes.
  • Communicate change processes and outcomes effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators to monitor the success of change initiatives.
  • Use ServiceNow and other ITSM tools to ensure efficient management of change processes.
  • Adapt and develop IT processes to support organizational needs and changes.
  • Apply ITIL best practices and maintain resilience in the face of changes and challenges.
Qualifications
  • A graduate of higher education in IT (Bac+2 or equivalent).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within IT operations or change management.
