We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead and support transformation initiatives, primarily within the energy and industrial sectors.
- You will play a key role in guiding teams through change processes, ensuring smooth transitions, and maximizing employee adoption and usage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement change management strategies for complex projects across energy and industrial domains.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify change impacts and develop corresponding action plans.
- Apply appropriate project methodologies (Agile, SAFe, SCRUM, etc.) to manage project delivery and align stakeholders.
- Monitor and report progress of change initiatives using digital tools and KPIs.
- Ensure alignment between project teams, business users, and leadership.
