We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Change Manager to support the successful adoption of organizational transformations.
- In this role, you will focus on driving change initiatives, enhancing agile maturity, and ensuring employees and teams are well-prepared for change through structured communication, training, and coaching.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of agility, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess Organizational Readiness: Evaluate the impact of changes across teams and departments, identifying readiness gaps and supporting transitions.
- Lead Change Initiatives: Design and implement effective change management strategies that promote adoption, minimize resistance, and ensure long-term sustainability.
- Effective Communication: Develop communication strategies and stakeholder engagement plans to ensure transparency, clarity, and alignment throughout the change journey.
- Training & Support: Create comprehensive training plans, coordinate and deliver sessions, and establish change agent networks to drive adoption at scale.
- Agile Transformation Support: Organize and lead workshops on Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), assess team agility, and coach stakeholders (POs, BAs, Product Managers) on best practices.
- Continuous Improvement & Adoption: Monitor change progress, gather feedback, support integration with project activities, and contribute to the evolution of internal change management practices.
- Agile Event Facilitation: Prepare and lead PI Planning sessions and Agile ceremonies at the organizational level.
- Metric Tracking & Reporting: Collaborate with Program Managers and PMOs to track Agile and Change KPIs (OKRs, performance metrics), and report progress to leadership.
- Knowledge Sharing: Lead events and communities of practice promoting agility, business analysis, and delivery excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- University degree in Management or related field (BAC +5 or equivalent experience).
- 2–5 years of experience in Change Management or a similar role.
