We are looking for an experienced Citrix Engineer with a strong background in system architecture, virtualization, and infrastructure engineering, particularly in Citrix and Nutanix environments.
- The ideal candidate will support IT systems for European Institutions by providing expert technical advice, infrastructure design, implementation, and operational support while ensuring adherence to service levels and ITSM best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and consultancy on Nutanix and Citrix systems, including risk and gap analysis, architectural and solution design.
- Lead the creation of vision and design documents, including consultations with stakeholders.
- Design, install, configure, and maintain Citrix and Nutanix infrastructure for virtual desktop and data center environments.
- Ensure secure, reliable, and efficient IT systems operation in a 24/7 environment aligned with organizational policies.
- Deliver 2nd and 3rd-level technical support; register, analyze, and resolve incidents or escalate to third parties when necessary.
