Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communication Specialist – Service to support and enhance internal and external communication efforts related to service operations.

  • The ideal candidate will develop clear, engaging content, coordinate communication channels, and ensure messaging consistency across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and distribute internal and external communications related to service operations (e.g., customer updates, service notifications, maintenance schedules).
  • Create content for various channels including email, intranet, service portals, reports, presentations, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with service, operations, and technical teams to ensure clear and accurate communication.
  • Translate technical or service-related information into customer-friendly language.
  • Support crisis or incident communication planning and execution.
