Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Compensation & Benefits Officer to design, implement, and manage competitive and compliant compensation and benefits programs that support the organization’s strategic goals and talent management initiatives.

  • This role involves deep analytical work, policy development, market benchmarking, and close collaboration with HR and finance teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of total rewards strategies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage compensation and benefits policies and programs in line with organizational strategy.
  • Conduct regular market benchmarking, salary surveys, and job evaluations to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Analyze and propose adjustments to base pay, variable pay, and incentive structures.
  • Design and manage employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, pensions, wellness, leave policies).
  • Advise leadership and HR business partners on compensation strategies, practices, and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, brokers, and consultants.
