Job Description
As a Cybersecurity Project Manager, you will:
- Lead and deliver complex cybersecurity projects on time and within budget.
- Apply strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles to guide project decisions.
- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate leadership in driving alignment, problem-solving, and ensuring project success.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of project management experience with a Bachelor’s degree OR 8+ years’ experience with a Master’s.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles (threat/risk/vulnerability management, incident response).
- Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure and systems.
- PMP certification (or equivalent); CISSP or other cybersecurity certification (preferred).
- Excellent command of English and French (B2+).
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Effective in negotiation, conflict resolution, time management, and organization.
