Tasks
- Provision of technical consultancy services for Data Engineering projects.
- The ideal candidate must have a strong technological competence in Business Intelligence (BI) implementation projects in Azure.
- Analysis, design and implementation of data ingestion, data storage, data processing and data security in the cloud (Microsoft Azure).
- Management and monitoring data ingestion, data storage and data processing.
- Development and maintenance of data storage, data processing, data security according to EC guidelines.
- Production of other technical and functional documents.
- Participation and interaction in technical working groups and meetings with project teams, developers, stakeholders, and non-expert users.
Education
- Bachelor or equivalent degree of at least 3 successful years of post-high
- school education in Information Technology or Computer Science or Computing

- Cloud-based applications (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake, Stream
- Analytics)
- Databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres)
- Power BI (M, DAX)
- SSRS

- ETL (SSIS, SSAS)
- Leading BI projects

Experience
- Minimum 25 years of professional experience in IT, of which:
- 20 years working in Business Intelligence field
- 5 years in Azure
- 1 year of working with BI for process driven applications
- 6 months of working with EC Data Governance framework
- 6 months of working with EC Azure Security framework
