Job Description
- Participate in early-guidance meetings with policy teams to understand their needs and provide digital-ready guidance, with specific focus on data
- Coordinate closely with data experts and policy teams
- Assist in drawing up Legislative Financial and Digital Statements (LFDSs) and Digital Statements (DSs) and assessing the quality of such statements, in particular their data sections
- Support the identification of different data types/sets and/or taxonomies mentioned in LFDSs/DSs
- Contribute to the LFDS/DS data model and provide insights into its future evolution in line with the digital-ready policymaking framework
- Offer strategic input on the modelling of regulatory reporting obligations, linking LFDS/DS work with the broader context of regulatory reporting
- Apply computational law techniques and AI to support the modelling and processing of requirements of digital relevance in the context of digital-ready policymaking framework tools
- Contribute to the development and application of legal knowledge representation techniques and ontologies, enabling interoperability and reuse of legal data models
Requirements:
- Hold a minimum Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of professional experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Data Analytics techniques and tools.
- Solid experience in legal semantics and the structuring of legal texts.
- Experience in Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing.
- Knowledge of architectural design and implementation of scalable modern data stores.
- Good knowledge of collaborative sites.
- Knowledge of digital-ready policymaking.
- Proficiency in English language at a C-level.
