We are looking for a Deployment Engineer to join our OTA (Over-the-Air) platform team, which manages the deployment and integration of applications for updating mobile SIM cards.
- In this role, you will lead and support integration and deployment activities, implement CI/CD strategies, and ensure seamless system upgrades and solution validation.
- This position requires a strong background in system integration, DevOps tools, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment and integration of OTA applications and platform updates.
- Define integration strategies, test plans, and test scenarios, ensuring full requirements traceability and coverage.
- Establish and follow DevOps and CI/CD best practices to streamline integration workflows.
- Set up integration environments and perform solution installations or upgrades.
- Conduct system validation and performance testing (including load, high availability, security, and accuracy).
- Troubleshoot and investigate issues through log analysis, report incidents, and track resolutions using configuration management tools.
- Create comprehensive documentation for installation, testing, operations, and system administration.
- Deliver training to customers, support staff, and maintenance teams on integration and deployment procedures.
- Collaborate with pre-sales teams on technical requests related to integration activities.
- Execute complex integration tasks independently, including OS configuration, database setup, and deployment automation.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior integrators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
