The Desktop Support Engineer provides advanced technical support for desktop, laptop, and peripheral devices in a corporate environment.

  • This role involves troubleshooting escalated issues, maintaining software and hardware, and collaborating with IT teams on various projects and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide second-level support for desktop/laptop hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues escalated from the L1 support team.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Mac operating systems, applications, and updates.
  • Support network-related issues including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity.
  • Provide remote support for field and remote users using support tools.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance checks and system inspections.
