We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide end-user support across a global environment.

  • You will ensure the secure operation of Windows desktop environments, manage critical patch cycles, and collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to maintain endpoint integrity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to a global user base in a secure Windows desktop environment.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently and professionally via a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Manage and monitor patch cycles for desktops and core business applications, ensuring timely responses to vulnerabilities.
  • Administer and support tools like Intune, Office 365, Active Directory, and endpoint protection platforms.
  • Support configuration and management of Windows 10/11 systems.
