Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and efficient infrastructure solutions that support seamless development, deployment, and operations. This role focuses on automation, CI/CD pipeline management, and ensuring system reliability and performance.
Responsibilities
- Work mainly in Herstal (80%), 20% in Tubize for discussions/synchro with IT/E2
- Be able to administer/configure/use/customise the following software applications to meet the needs of engineering in Herstal
- Jira: project and task management
- RMSIS: Jira specification management plug-in
- Polarion : specification management for Q2-2025
- BitBucket
- Jenkins
- SonarQube
- Data exchange between several different systems: PLM (Windchill) , ERP (OCM) , production DB, Jira.
- Ability to understand the needs of engineering teams
- Ability to take account of the guidelines and security measures put in place by the IT teams to protect the use of tools
- Solution-oriented, good communicator, easily integrated into teams, resourceful and proactive
Skills
- Ability to train/explain how to use the tools, produce documentation/procedures
- Ability to create python scripts to create tools
- Datamanager: Be able to manage large quantities of recorded data and extract the essential information to produce reports and studies.
