Job Description

We are seeking a Documentation Specialist to support the drafting, review, and management of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other technical documentation within our organization.

  • This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing documentation processes, and participating in audits to ensure regulatory adherence and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to department functions.
  • Approve internal technical procedures following established formats and guidelines.
  • Identify and propose process improvements to enhance resource efficiency and compliance.
  • Review and approve documentation generated across different organizational areas.
  • Maintain updated and accessible copies of procedures for relevant personnel.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth documentation workflows.
  • Utilize computer tools for text processing, database management, and documentation administration.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation complies with regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements & Skills
  • Degree in Health Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within a quality department in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • GMP, GLP, SOPs.
  • proficiency in English
