Job Description

We are seeking a Documentation Specialist to enhance our knowledge management system, streamline training processes, and ensure the accuracy and accessibility of operational procedures.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining documentation, onboarding materials, and assessment frameworks while working cross-functionally to drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Knowledge Management: Analyze and optimize the existing knowledge base to improve usability, accessibility, and overall effectiveness.
  • Training & Onboarding Development: Assist in designing and implementing a structured onboarding and training program for new employees to ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Knowledge & Performance Assessment: Develop and maintain a framework to evaluate team members’ knowledge and performance, ensuring alignment with operational standards.
  • Operational Procedures & SOPs: Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive consistency and quality in service delivery.
  • Process Optimization: Identify documentation gaps, collect feedback, and collaborate with the Quality Specialist and other teams to enhance training and operational materials.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Establish key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of documentation and training materials, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, compliance, product, and implementation teams to align documentation and training with business needs.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in documentation, training, or knowledge management, preferably in fintech or cryptocurrency sectors.
  • Proven ability to develop and optimize operational procedures and training materials.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with different teams to ensure consistent documentation.
