Educational Engineer and Training Expert – Technical (SNS02434)
Job Description
The expert in educational engineering will have to design, in agreement with the Change team and the Academy, the training strategy/deployment plan adapted to the different professions in order to train effectively and in a limited period of time the hundreds of agents who use the CRM. He will also have to ensure the pedagogical design of the training courses in a mixed learning logic and train the trainers of the Academy.
