Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize endpoint devices across our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless operation and security of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other endpoint systems, while implementing policies to enhance performance and user satisfaction. This role involves collaboration with IT teams to deploy updates, manage endpoint security, and support end-user computing environments.
Responsibility
- Maintain and support the organisation endpoints (workstations, laptops, mobiles, tablets)
- during their full lifecycle.
- Create and maintain enterprise operating system reference image.
- Maintain and manage security and software updates of endpoints
- Investigate, diagnose and solve endpoints related problems.
- Contribute to define endpoint policies, propose improvements.
Knowledge and skills
- Knowledge of windows client OS administration, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of endpoints and peripherals install and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of application packaging and OS imaging.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation.
Technical certifications
- ITIL Certification – Mandatory
- Microsoft 365 : Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent
- Microsoft Administering and Deploying System Center 2012 Configuration Manager or equivalent
- VMWare : Digital Workspace 2022 (VCP-DW 2022) or equivalent
- Cisco Certified Technician Collaboration
- McAfee Certified Product Specialist – ePO Certification
