Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in composting or related environmental projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Specialized training in composting techniques and processes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in composting processes and organic waste management
- environmental regulations and compliance (waste management, air and water quality)
- sustainable waste treatment technologies
- environmental impact assessment (EIA)
- Strong grasp of soil science, water conservation, and pollution control
- Ability to conduct data analysis and environmental monitoring
- GIS (Geographic Information Systems)
