ERP Expert (ERE)
Job Description
Nature of the main tasks:
- Lead in the identification and deployment of a global outof-the-box ERP solutions to manage EEAS Head-Quarter and EU Delegations network business needs (covering all administrative matters: HR, finance, contract, logistics, real estate, service vehicles fleet, etc.)
- Lead the preparation of the architectural vision and elaboration
- Development and enhancement of architecture
- Analysis of organisational structures
- Analysis of information systems portfolio
- Analysis of enterprise business processes
- Corporate Data flow analysis
- IS costs/benefits analysis
- Lead the ERP implementation team and provide expertise and advice to all members
Knowledge and competences:
- Large and proved working experience with ERP for large scale organisations
- Solid analytical capability as well as excellent drafting and reporting skills.
- Rapid grasp of problems and capacity to identify issues and solutions
- Excellent capacity to work and communicate in a multilingual international diplomatic environment
- Creativity and flexibility
- Teamwork and capacity to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Business processes analysis
- UML, BPMN
- Specific expertise in Odoo
