Job Description
The CRM project change management expert will be responsible for advising the FOREM Change team on the best way to ensure employee buy-in to the CRM tool. He must be familiar with the chosen tool (MS Dynamics) to offer informed advice. Expertise in customer experience is a plus in order to be able to clearly describe how the CRM will contribute to improving the experience of job seekers, FOREM partners as well as employees.
He will coordinate and lead the 100 test employees and contribute to the strategy and implementation of mechanisms for the appropriation and support of CRM adoption in the field.
He will be required to exchange with the project team and the management of FOREM and will participate in the internal Change Committee.
