Job Description

  • Play a key role in the relationship between the BCED Organisational and IT Divisions as well as between BCED and its consumers/data providers
  • Ensure continuity of services and scalability of the exchange platform to meet the needs of administrations
  • Define SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and monitor compliance with the service levels guaranteed by BCED
  • Ensure the sizing, implementation and proper functioning of the infrastructure required (servers, network, etc.) to operate the solution in an efficient and secure manner (continuity, integrity, availability)
  • Provide the organizational department and management with indicators and statistics of flow usage within the BCED platform
  • Maintain an inventory of documentation and versions of services offered by regional, federal or community administrations
  • Maintain regular professional contacts with customers (and external suppliers) allowing you to understand their strategic or operational needs, advise them and formulate optimization avenues.
  • Align IT services with business objectives, define strategic roadmaps, and drive service performance.

Skills:

  • Information Systems Architecture
  • Knowledge of PKI (Private Key Infrastructure)
  • Level Nice to have Most recent experience Any time
  • Knowledge of standards used in SOA and API services (WSDL, JSON, REST, …)
  • Definition and monitoring of SLAs
  • Agile methodology and collaboration of multidisciplinary teams
  • Reporting tools (PowerBI, Business Objects, ELK, etc.)
  • ITIL process (implementation & optimization)
