Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to play a key role in financial reporting, analysis, and strategic decision-making.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for budget management, financial modeling, performance analysis, and process optimization, ensuring accurate financial insights for executive leadership and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial dashboards and monthly reports for management and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze complex financial data and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
  • Develop financial presentations for executive management, directors, and investors.
  • Consolidate and draft financial reports with clear and consistent insights for governance bodies.
  • Monitor and analyze budgets, anticipating deviations and proposing corrective actions.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analyses to support strategic and budgetary decision-making.
  • Assist in the creation and optimization of financial models (P&L, Cash Flow, etc.).
  • Conduct economic scenario simulations to provide strategic insights for management decisions.
  • Evaluate department or subsidiary performance, identifying areas for profitability improvement.
  • Support the development and tracking of strategic projects linked to financial performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and management tools.
  • Implement solutions to enhance financial efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Education & Experience
  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Management Control, or Business Administration from a top business school or university.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and performance management.
Technical Expertise
  • Excel (complex financial functions, pivot tables, etc.).
  • financial management tools such as SAP, Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Solid accounting and financial analysis skills
Soft Skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong synthesis and presentation skills for conveying financial insights effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with stakeholders.
