Job Description
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to play a key role in financial reporting, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for budget management, financial modeling, performance analysis, and process optimization, ensuring accurate financial insights for executive leadership and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial dashboards and monthly reports for management and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze complex financial data and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
- Develop financial presentations for executive management, directors, and investors.
- Consolidate and draft financial reports with clear and consistent insights for governance bodies.
- Monitor and analyze budgets, anticipating deviations and proposing corrective actions.
- Conduct in-depth financial analyses to support strategic and budgetary decision-making.
- Assist in the creation and optimization of financial models (P&L, Cash Flow, etc.).
- Conduct economic scenario simulations to provide strategic insights for management decisions.
- Evaluate department or subsidiary performance, identifying areas for profitability improvement.
- Support the development and tracking of strategic projects linked to financial performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and management tools.
- Implement solutions to enhance financial efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Education & Experience
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Management Control, or Business Administration from a top business school or university.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and performance management.
Technical Expertise
- Excel (complex financial functions, pivot tables, etc.).
- financial management tools such as SAP, Power BI, or equivalent.
- Solid accounting and financial analysis skills
Soft Skills
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong synthesis and presentation skills for conveying financial insights effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with stakeholders.
