Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing accounts, performing financial analyses, and ensuring accurate reporting to support the company’s financial strategy. This position requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Prepare customized invoices based on customer requests and ensure timely processing.
- Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and regulations.
- Perform accounting and reconciliation tasks on brand finance tracking files.
- Utilize financial platforms such as Stripe and PayPal for payment processing, monitoring customer payments, and ensuring smooth financial operations.
- Support finance management processes, including calculations, reporting, and financial analysis.
- Set up Zapier integrations for new brands before their first sale.
- Create monthly financial reports from platforms like Kajabi and track associated expenses.
- Conduct monthly checks on Facebook ads, export relevant ad information, and allocate costs to individual brands.
- Review Stripe fees for each brand account and document related charges.
- Ensure all expenses are checked, reported accurately, and aligned with receipts; store and manage relevant documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in financial platforms like Stripe, PayPal, and Salesforce.
- Advanced Google Sheets skills, with the ability to create, manage, and optimize financial reports and spreadsheets.
- Experience in financial reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, and expense management.
- Familiarity with online platforms such as Kajabi and Zapier for setting up integrations and managing financial data.
- Previous experience in a startup or international work environment is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and interpret financial data accurately.
- Positive, proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
