Frontend Developer
Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer for a client in the fintech industry. This is a hybrid position based in Stockholm with an immediate start date.
- As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, deploying, and maintaining full-stack applications and services. You will work closely with a cross-functional team, including engineering, product, and design, to create solutions that enhance customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, innovative, and fully responsive web applications.
- Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring high-quality output from both yourself and your team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
- Develop and maintain front-end code using modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React).
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring that solutions meet the defined requirements and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues effectively.
- Continuously improve the quality and customer focus of the products developed.
- Work on platform improvements and contribute to learning opportunities within the engineering team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience developing front-end services using React JS, NodeJS, and/or TypeScript.
- Strong focus on delivery, attention to detail, and the quality of the end result.
- Practical experience in designing, building, and maintaining distributed systems in a cloud-native environment.
- Experience working in an agile development team, utilizing common tools like Jira and GitHub.
- Demonstrated ability to share knowledge and learn from others in a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with CMS systems (e.g., Storyblok or similar) is a plus.
- Experience in e-commerce projects is an advantage.
