Functional Analyst for ARES (SNS02099)
Job Description
We are seeking a Functional Analyst to support the analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of the ARES system.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure smooth system integration and process alignment with ARES capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements in relation to the ARES system.
- Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Support the configuration and customization of ARES to meet business needs.
- Perform functional testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide ongoing support and issue resolution for users of the ARES platform.
