We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Analyst to lead the business-side preparation, adaptation, and testing activities for the implementation of a new fund and shareholder management system and investor portal.
- The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring that processes are effectively adapted to system capabilities while meeting regulatory and operational requirements in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business-side efforts in preparation, adaptation, and testing for the rollout of a new fund and shareholder management platform and investor portal.
- Provide expert-level analysis to adapt business processes to system standards while identifying and addressing specific business requirements.
- Model, document, and maintain comprehensive business process maps, gap analyses, and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
- Draft and update business process documentation, work instructions, workshop minutes, technical specifications, and migration validation reports.
