Functional Analyst (SN0738)
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Functional Analyst to bridge the gap between business processes and IT solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business requirements, system functionalities, and process improvements, with experience in SAP or similar enterprise systems being a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, document, and refine business requirements to align with IT solutions.
- Act as a liaison between functional business areas and IT teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Work on multiple process changes and system enhancements simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Support the design, testing, and implementation of business applications and system modifications.
- Apply agile project methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE2Agile, etc.) to facilitate project execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders from banking, finance, and commodity trading sectors.
- Ensure business processes are optimized and aligned with best industry practices.
- Communicate effectively in English and German, both written and verbal.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience as a Functional Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or similar role.
- Basic knowledge or certification in SAP or equivalent enterprise systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work at the intersection of business functions and IT
