Job Description
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement)
Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
Knowledge of data modeling and data flows within Dynamics
Experience with writing functional specifications
Understanding of integrations between Dynamics and external systems (via APIs)
Functional/Analytical Skills:
Business analysis: being able to analyze, model and optimize
processes Collecting requirements and translating them into functional solutions
Experience facilitating workshops with key users and stakeholders
Drafting user stories, use cases and process flows
Understanding CRM processes (customer service)
Additional Skills:
Certification(s) in MS Dynamics 365
Experience with change management
Knowledge of ITIL or project methodologies (Scrum, Prince2)
