Functional Analyst (SNS02196)
Job Description
We are looking for a Functional Analyst with strong regional expertise and technical awareness to join our team working on a diverse ecosystem of applications that support public services in Wallonia. The ideal candidate will be both an analytical thinker and a pragmatic problem-solver who can quickly understand complex systems and processes, and later guide others in doing the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into clear, structured functional specifications.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to refine user stories and propose innovative solutions.
- Coach and support newcomers in understanding both business and technical contexts.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to ensure efficient team collaboration and sprint success.
- Fluent French (mandatory), with passive understanding of English (able to read and understand technical documentation).
- Solid understanding of software architecture and development principles, ensuring alignment between business and technical goals.
- Ability to abstract, document, and explain systems and processes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
