Provide graphic design support for the University by designing print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, invitations, etc., ensuring alignment with corporate identity guidelines and managing production and deadlines.
Develop graphic content for various communication channels, including templates, email designs, banners, social media visuals, and layouts to support marketing and communication efforts.
Ensure consistency in graphic design across different platforms, including the University, its faculties, and interdisciplinary centres.
Design and optimize PowerPoint templates and presentations to enhance visual communication.
Create print and web-optimized PDFs for various communication needs.
Offer consulting and assistance to University services in producing and editing visual materials that align with the University’s brand and graphic guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and other design tools.
Experience in print production and knowledge of file preparation for printing.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with excellent collaboration skills.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on high-quality execution.
Good communication skills to understand design needs and collaborate with different teams.
Time management skills to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Knowledge of web design principles and digital marketing is a plus.
Familiarity with HTML and CSS, or web design tools, can be beneficial.
