We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Payroll Administrator to support and manage key human resources and payroll functions.

  • As the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, you will play a vital role in employee onboarding, data administration, payroll support, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR and payroll.
  • Support and coordinate employee onboarding processes.
  • Schedule interviews, meetings, and HR-related events.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data in HR systems.
  • Process employee changes and updates using SuccessFactors or similar ERP platforms.
  • Maintain organized and compliant HR documentation and personnel files.
  • Collect and prepare data required for accurate payroll processing.
  • Assist with employee benefits and health plan administration.
  • Draft and manage official HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports.
  • Provide administrative support for training programs and initiatives.
  • Perform general administrative duties related to HR and payroll operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Up to 3 years of experience in a structured HR and/or payroll environment.
