Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Supervisor – Service to oversee and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during service operations.
- The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HSE legislation, risk assessment practices, and a solid background in supervising field/service teams within industrial or energy sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and enforce HSE policies and procedures on-site during service and maintenance operations.
- Conduct risk assessments and job safety analyses (JSAs) to identify hazards and ensure appropriate mitigation measures.
- Monitor compliance with local and international safety standards, including reporting and investigation of incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions.
- Keep up to date with changes in legislation and ensure that the organization’s procedures and practices remain compliant.
Qualifications
- Education: Degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in service, field operations, or industrial sectors (e.g., energy, oil & gas, manufacturing).
- Proven experience supervising field personnel and ensuring HSE compliance in dynamic, high-risk environments.
