Job Description
We are seeking an HVAC Engineer to oversee the technical and administrative management of HVAC maintenance for a prestigious real estate complex.
- You will play a key role in supervising daily operations, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental (QSE) standards.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for our clients, you will ensure top-tier service delivery while supporting the contract manager in team management.
Key Responsibilities
- HVAC System Management: Oversee the maintenance and operation of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Team Supervision: Assist in managing a team of 15 professionals, including managers, team leaders, and technicians.
- Work Planning & Coordination: Supervise daily maintenance activities and align schedules with contractual commitments.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to QSE standards, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring excellent service quality and responsiveness.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering with a specialization in HVAC.
- Hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance (internship/work-study accepted).
