  • We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Incident Response Manager within the financial services sector.
  • The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver effective, coordinated response and recovery orchestration services for incidents that disrupt business operations.
  • The successful candidate will manage and lead the response efforts for incidents of lower severity and complexity, such as operational business disruptions, security issues, fraud, and technology-related incidents.
    Responsibilities:
  • Incident Management: Lead the orchestration of enterprise-level incident response efforts for operational disruptions, security breaches, fraud, and technology-related incidents.
  • Recovery Orchestration: Oversee the recovery and resolution process, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership to ensure effective communication and timely incident resolution.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct post-incident reviews and root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement and prevent future incidents.
