We are seeking an experienced Senior iOS Developer with strong leadership capabilities to oversee technical direction, manage bid processes related to iOS components, and guide a team of developers.
- This role involves hands-on Swift development, architectural planning, team coordination, and delivering high-quality mobile applications across a variety of business domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the iOS development team; define technical direction and ensure code quality.
- Oversee the iOS-related aspects of bid management and technical proposal preparation.
- Design and develop native iOS applications using Swift, adhering to best practices and Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines.
- Contribute to architectural decisions using MVVM/VIPER and dependency injection (e.g., Swinject).
- Collaborate in requirement gathering, sprint planning, and technical roadmapping.
- Design and implement UI/UX features based on business specifications.
- Write Unit and UI tests to maintain application quality and stability.
- Stay current with iOS trends and proactively introduce improvements to team workflows and app performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend, frontend, QA) and contribute to a knowledge-sharing culture.
