IOT Engineer (SN0388)
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled IoT Engineer to provide technical product support and management for high-touch, high-revenue customers worldwide.
- In this role, you will be responsible for code reviews, troubleshooting complex networking software issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions.
- You will also play a critical role in enhancing product documentation, providing feedback to R&D, and driving product improvements based on customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical management and product support to key customers, ensuring high-quality solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, analyze, and reproduce complex networking software issues to drive resolutions.
- Act as a liaison between Applications Engineers, Development Teams, Sales, Product Managers, and Business Development personnel to coordinate customer solutions.
- Identify product collateral improvements and drive the creation of new technical deliverables.
- Provide valuable feedback to R&D, Business Units, and Product Management on customer-specific needs, use cases, and priorities.
- Write and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- embedded software programming skills in C and C++.

- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with embedded wireless technologies, such as Zigbee and/or Matter.
- Hands-on experience with embedded OS environments like FreeRTOS, Zephyr, AndroidOS, or MicriumOS/µCOS.
- Experience working with Linux systems or Raspberry Pi development.
- Background in customer-facing technical interactions and cross-functional collaboration.
