IT Buyer (SNS01066)
Job Description
We are looking for an IT Buyer to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in evaluating purchasing strategies, drafting technical and administrative clauses, negotiating contracts as well as monitoring their execution. He/she will work on 3 axes:
- Participation in IT public contracts, whether in their award or in their monitoring;
- Support and coaching of IT members to help them increase their skills in procurement-related issues;
- Implementation of internal IT processes for monitoring contracts and orders.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the IT requester to identify needs, possible solutions and define, in coordination with the requester and the procurement department, the strategy that will be applied as needed.
- Participate in or lead the drafting of the technical clauses of the contract as well as the administrative clauses, in good collaboration with the purchasing department
- Participate in the handover process with the people involved
- Support the IT department in developing the needs cadastre
- Support the IT department in order to develop the cadastre of existing purchasing and contract centers
- Support the IT department to develop a process for monitoring purchases and a process for renewing contracts, in line with the internal and legal rules of the TEC.
- Train stakeholders in public procurement rules and raise their awareness of the different responses to their needs.
- Document and share best practices and lessons learned.
Profile sought
- Education: University degree in computer science, business sciences or public management.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years experience.
