Job Description
You will join the Build & Tranform team, in charge of the analysis, preparation and execution of the department’s projects.
Your role
- Initiate projects and Work packages and define with the teams the solutions to be implemented (functional and non-functional scope, architectural and technical, budget, planning).
- Ensure the coherence of these projects with other ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with key internal and external suppliers.
- Coordinate the implementation and ensure the preparation of the RUN at the end of the project, in conjunction with the Service Manager(s).
- Prepare any change requests and calls for tenders to obtain the components of the defined solutions.
- Coordinate and supervise the execution, testing and training phases, change management.
- Coordinate project activities in collaboration with the business, other IT departments, external suppliers.
- Carry out risk analysis, identify service providers, interlocutors and experts, define and set up the project organization, including the project team and be the driving force behind it.
- Ensure decision-making, communication and reporting with stakeholders directly or indirectly concerned by the project
