Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Leader to manage and oversee technology-driven projects from inception to completion.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills to drive successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT projects from planning to deployment, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation approaches.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business units.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and industry best practices.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven project environment.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and process improvements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management or leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
- Excellent problem-solving and risk management abilities.
- Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification
Requirements
- Result-oriented IT Project Leader with a proven track record in successfully planning, managing and delivering complex IT projects.
- Specialized in managing multidisciplinary teams. Good communicator who can communicate efficiently with different stakeholders.
- Combines strategic insight with a pragmatic approach to realize projects within scope, budget and schedule.
- Strong in stakeholder management, risk management and Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience in both corporate environments and dynamic scale-ups.
