We are seeking a seasoned IT Service Manager to lead and enhance IT Service Management (ITSM) processes within a dynamic, enterprise-level environment.

  • The ideal candidate will oversee Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities, ensuring seamless coordination across international teams and continuous service improvement.
  • You will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives, including AI and automation, while promoting operational excellence and process maturity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage core ITSM processes, with a focus on Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Conduct post-incident reviews, driving root cause analysis and implementing preventive actions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in the UK and Romania to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.
  • Support and contribute to new initiatives such as AI integration, automation, and the What-If portal.
  • Drive service improvement plans and process maturity across IT operations.
  • Utilize tools such as ServiceNow, Risk Portals, and Power BI for service reporting and analysis.
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of service goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in IT Service Management, preferably in financial services or back-office environments.
  • Proven expertise in ITIL-based processes, particularly in managing incidents, problems, and changes.
