Job Description
- Overall project portfolio management
- Preparation of several transversal Initiative Boards (project steerco)
- Analysis of the bank’s budget preparation exercise
- Assist in critical thinking, research, analysis, communication, and change management
- Definition and follow-up of action plans on complex topics (i.e. clarification of requirements, coordination of contributors, dashboarding, follow-up to closure on-time)
- Gather input from various stakeholders (e.g. SME, architects, IT strategists, product owners) to deliver slidedecks for upper management (right messages, tone tuned to audience, visually polished)
- Maintain up-to-date views on the department budget and actuals, follow-up of department’s action backlog
Required experience / knowledge:
- Ability to understand and navigate the decision-making context of the bank (organisation, structure, key roles and processes, main stakeholders, …)
- Ability to work with IT managers and senior IT Architects to collaboratively design the expected deliverables
- Ability to perform retrospectives and lessons-learned analysis to as to improve the impact of the IT Strategy team
