  • An IT Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical assistance, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of an organization’s IT infrastructure.
  • This role involves troubleshooting technical problems, installing and configuring IT systems, supporting end users, and maintaining company technology resources.
    Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, or in-person, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and network devices (computers, printers, routers, etc.).
  • Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls in various systems.
  • Resolve network issues, including connectivity and security concerns, and troubleshoot system malfunctions.
  • Perform routine maintenance, such as software updates, patches, and system backups.
