Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our IT team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to end users, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring optimal performance of hardware and software across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including operating system, application, and connectivity problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
- Collaborate with IT teams on deployment, security, and infrastructure projects.
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, data protection standards, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 2+ years in a technical support, help desk, or IT support role.
