Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our IT team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to end users, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring optimal performance of hardware and software across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including operating system, application, and connectivity problems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
  • Collaborate with IT teams on deployment, security, and infrastructure projects.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, data protection standards, and security protocols.
Qualifications
  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years in a technical support, help desk, or IT support role.
