We are looking for an ITIL Specialist with hands-on experience in Jira and Confluence administration and process modeling to support end-users and optimize collaborative platforms in agile and DevOps environments.
- The role involves configuring and troubleshooting Atlassian tools, automating tasks via scripting, training users, and collaborating with platform teams to ensure system performance and process alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and respond to user requests related to Jira and Confluence
- Offer advisory services to users at all technical levels, from beginner to expert
- Deliver user training on Jira, Confluence, and key plugins (
- Monitor Jira/Confluence performance in collaboration with the platform team
- Analyze, define, and implement business processes in Jira and Confluence
