We are looking for an experienced ITIL Specialist to support and enhance our IT Service Management (ITSM) practices by aligning IT services with business needs.

  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing ITIL-based processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • This role requires a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of the ITIL framework, and a collaborative approach to ensure efficient service delivery across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and improve ITSM processes aligned with the ITIL framework.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process enhancement and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Support the implementation and configuration of ITSM tools based on ITIL standards.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on ITIL processes, guiding teams through Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management workflows.
  • Provide training and documentation to ensure adoption of ITIL practices across the organization.
  • Monitor process compliance and performance, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in roles such as ITIL Consultant, Business Analyst, or ITSM Functional Specialist.
