We are looking for a motivated and technically curious ITSM Consultant to join our team.

  • In this role, you will support customers by analyzing their IT Service Management (ITSM) needs and implementing tailored solutions.
  • Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, your enthusiasm for ITSM systems and processes is what matters most.
Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Consulting: Analyze customer ITSM requirements and provide expert technical support and solution proposals.
  • System Administration & Development: Configure and enhance ITSM platforms and tools, developing your expertise with hands-on learning.
  • Process Optimization: Suggest and implement improvements to existing ITSM processes for increased efficiency and usability.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation and training materials for internal and customer use.
