Key Responsibilities
- Customer Consulting: Analyze customer ITSM requirements and provide expert technical support and solution proposals.
- System Administration & Development: Configure and enhance ITSM platforms and tools, developing your expertise with hands-on learning.
- Process Optimization: Suggest and implement improvements to existing ITSM processes for increased efficiency and usability.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation and training materials for internal and customer use.
