Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather business requirements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, such as business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Break down high-level business requirements into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria, ensuring timely delivery and identifying dependencies.
